Low blow! A lawyer—what else—is suing tech titan Apple claiming they hooked him on porn.
Army vet from Nashville turned barrister Chris Sevier, 36, claims in a bizarre lawsuit that he became obsessed with X-rated internet sites after accidentally typing in Facef–k – rather than Facebook – on the Apple Safari browser.
Sevier has now filed a 50-page complaint against the hardware "seducer" Apple at the Tennessee Supreme Court.
In the seemingly capricious filing, the deadly serious “victim” blames his online sex addiction and the ensuing bust-up of his marriage due to the browser’s lack of a porn filter.
In the legal docs, Sevier says he found “the younger, more beautiful girls featured in porn videos more attractive than his wife, who was no longer 21.
"The Plaintiff could no longer tell the difference between Internet pornography and tangible intercourse due to the content he accessed through the Apple products, which failed to provide him with warnings of the dangers of online pornography whatsoever," the filing said.
The plaintiff, Sevier, is seeking unspecified damages from Apple, reports Business Insider.
The Silicon Valley giant has yet to comment.
