Rocky Balboa's hard slugging costar Carl Weathers' third marriage is on the ropes!
Weathers aka Action Jackson hit Los Angeles Superior Court to file from divorce from wife number 3 Jennifer Peterson.
Reason: "irreconcilable differences" - what else?
According to TMZ which obtained the court papers, Weathers asked the judge to ask Peterson to cover the legal fees for the final bout -- a far cry from the storybook nups last year when Weathers and Peterson said "I do" in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico last year.
Maybe she was a closet Dolph Lundgren fan?
