Courteney Cox has begun drug treatments in preparation for another round of in vitro fertilization, her pals told The ENQUIRER exclusively.
The 42-year-old actress — who’s preparing to debut in the new FX series Dirt early next year — used the same procedure to conceive daughter Coco.
Prior to giving birth to her daughter two years ago, Courteney suffered through a string of heartbreaking miscarriages.
Courteney has a condition called “hypercoagulation” — or excessive blood clotting — which predisposes her to miscarriages.
In order to increase her chances of having another successful pregnancy, Courteney has begun a regimen of fertility drugs and the blood-thinner heparin.
Her husband David Arquette, 35, is by her side and offering emotional support.
“Courteney’s been down this road before and she’s prepared to do whatever it takes to give Coco a sibling,” said the insider.
