ANNIE LE “PERSON OF INTEREST”

description

UPDATE: Cops are not calling lab tech "person of interest" Raymond Clark a suspect in the brutal murder of Yale grad student Annie Le and have released him.

This despite the fact he failed a lie detector test, exhibited defensive wounds and had asked for a lawyer when New Haven police first grilled Clark, say reports.

Stranger still, Clark was a lab tech who e-mailed the victim numerous times about not adhering to the protocols for tending the mice kept in the basement as part of her experimental lab’s projects.

Law enforcement officials raided Clark’s home in Middletown, Connecticut at 1030 PM last night armed with a "body search warrant", looking for "DNA and physical evidence" in an attempt to link Clark to the brutal murder.

Swipe records of Clark’s security pass the day Le disappeared seem to indicate random movement going from room to room without apparent reason.

According to police profilers, such movement may be consistent with someone who was frantically searching for a place to hide the victim’s body.

However, detectives remain cautious before hard science can confirm the facts.
