ANNA’S MOM FILES APPEAL

Anna Nicole Smith‘s mother, Virgie Arthur, has filed court papers asking a Florida judge to issue an emergency order stopping the release of Anna’s body to the court-appointed guardian of Dannielynn. Arthur says that “as natural mother and next of kin” of Anna and therefore Arthur is “entitled to make the decision regarding where [she], her child, is to be buried.”
