The daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead is recovering from eye surgery to repair a condition she was born with called Strabismus, more commonly known as "cross-eye."

Birkhead told Entertainment Tonight that Dannielynn is home and resting comfortably.

Despite published reports, ET says television cameras were not present during the child's operation.
