Thailand chastises kid-lovin UN spokes-doll Angelina.
Jolie sparked outrage with Thai officials after making comments about Myanmar migrants, who repeatedly accused the country’s military of mistreatment
Angie and Brad visited a refugee camp on the Thai-Myanmar border last week goodwill ambassador for the United Nations.
She issued a plea to the Thai rulers, urging them to respect the rights of the Rohingya, a Muslim ethnic group from Myanmar.
But officials in the Asian country have now chastised Jolie for her comments, insisting the United Nations refugee agency not have allowed the star to visit.
Virasakdi Futrakul, Thai foreign ministry permanent secretary said, "Angelina was not focused on the Rohingya, but was visiting Myanmar refugee camps.
"The Thai government will issue a reprimand letter to UNHCR asking why it allowed Angelina Jolie to visit the refugee camps."
A UNCHR rep insists the Thai Ministry of Interior itself issued Brangie passes to visit.
