Top docs say ANGIE’s ageless beauty is the result of work – hard work courtesy of cosmetic procedures, say insiders.

ANGELINA JOLIE may be a natural beauty, but The ENQUIRER has learned she’s repeatedly had help from high-tech cosmetic procedures.

The 38-year-old mother of six has gone for special laser treatments to make her skin look like porcelain – and it’s worked wonders, say insiders.

“Angie’s face looks like part of a marble statue,” declared a source close to the star. “It’s that smooth and polished.

“I was told she had Fraxel laser treatments (nonabrasive skin rejuvenation) numerous times in the past three to four years.”

Angelina also reportedly underwent an ActiveFX procedure that uses high-energy beams of light to improve the appearance of wrinkles, pigmented lesions and other signs of sun damage.

After Angie’s recent double mastectomy, says the source: “I was told she even had DeepFX, a more intense laser treatment.

“She wanted to look her best on the red carpet with Brad (Pitt) when they made appearances for his film ‘World War Z.’”

Celebrity plastic surgeon and author Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Jolie, told The ENQUIRER: “Angelina’s skin is pristine and resembles a 20-year-old’s.”

After studying her face, he concluded that she may have undergone Fraxel laser treatments, which remove old, damaged skin cells and stimulate the formation of new ones.

“These lasers have minimal downtime – a few days to a week – can tighten and smooth the skin, and reduce solar damage as well,” said the expert.

“Angelina looks great!”

In January 2009, The ENQUIRER reported that the acclaimed actress had become the subject of whispers she had Botox injections before the Golden Globe Awards ceremony.

New Jersey-based plastic surgeon Dr. Steve Fallek, who also does not treat Jolie, said it appeared she had the filler injected between the eyebrows.

Still, the Academy Award winner has insisted she’s never undergone cosmetic surgery.

But the source revealed: “Angelina doesn’t consider laser treatment to be plastic surgery because it’s not invasive. In her mind, it not the same as going under the knife.”
