ANGELINA JOLIE: YOU’RE SO VEIN!

ANGELINA JOLIE wants to look as beautiful as possible when she finally walks down the aisle with Brad Pitt this summer – so she’s planning surgery to fix the bulging veins in her arms and hands, sources tell The ENQUIRER.

Mom-of-six Angelina, 38, is secretly planning to wed the 50-year-old big-screen heartthrob after she’s wrapped her latest movie but wants to “tidy up” her appearance first.

“Angie has always had a complex about how her veins jut out, but she never had an incentive to do anything about it until now,” revealed an insider. “She’s chosen a sleeveless gown for her wedding day, and the last thing she wants is to be looking like a freak in the photographs.”

As The ENQUIRER has reported, Jolie’s plummeting weight has sparked health fears for the once-voluptuous “Tomb Raider” star. Angelina underwent a preventive double mastectomy last year and now is said to tip the scales at just 93 pounds. Meanwhile, the skeletal 5-foot-7 star has collapsed twice in recent months, first on a humanitarian trip to Africa and later on the Australian set of her movie “Unbroken,” according to sources.

“Angie could probably fix the problems with her veins herself if she’d just put on some weight, but that’s not an option to her,” said a second source. “She’s so immersed in directing her movie and working such crazy hours that food is the last thing on her mind.

“I’m sure that if she took the time to bulk up, everything in her life – including the toll all the weight loss has taken on her body – would fall into place. But Angie’s just too busy to eat. She’s also convinced that she needs to stay super-skinny to maintain her sex appeal.

“That leaves her no option but surgery to tidy up those veins.” The source adds that Angelina will get endovenous laser treatment, a simple procedure that about 250,000 Americans undergo every year at a cost ranging from $600 to $3,000.

“The last thing she wants is for it to get worse,” said the second source. “As she jokes to Brad: ‘I’m already vain enough!’”
