Angelina Jolie has completed the adoption of a 3-year-old Vietnamese boy whom she plans to rename Pax Thien. The name means Peaceful Sky.
The actress arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday night to pick up the toddler from the Tam Binh orphanage. According to the Associated Press, Angelina carried Pax from the orphanage to a waiting Toyota four-wheel drive vehicle and was then expected to meet with U.S. officials to review the adoption and secure a passport for the boy.
Jolie will remain in Vietnam with the newly adopted child and her son Maddox, 5, who escorted her on the trip, according to a report.
