Comedy queen Roseanne is angling for a TV comeback — and she wants Amy Schumer to help!
“Rosie’s a huge fan of ‘Trainwreck’ and sees so much of her younger self in Amy,” an insider told The National ENQUIRER.
“She thinks she and Amy could be a killer writing team and a great buddy- buddy double act.”
The 63-year-old “Roseanne” star was recently in Los Angeles, “taking meetings with Amy, along with all the big networks and studios,” according to the source.

Roseanne’s last network outing was “Downwardly Mobile,” a 2012 TV pilot that bombed — despite co-starring her former screen husband, John Goodman.
“This is a new era for Roseanne and she wants to let go of the old show — trying something completely different and getting Amy on board in some capacity,” the spy insisted.
“It’s been a long time since she had a hit, but she’s still a big favorite among fans.”
