Alyssa said that the timing of Mohr‘s jab about her figure couldn’t have been worse: Christmas day.
“I just think he was trying to make a joke and not think about it, but I heard it actually on Christmas Day and it hurt me, I was affected by it and I wanted to remind him that I’m a human being and that this hurts,” the Project Runway All-Stars beauty said.
The headline making feud erupted when Mohr who was making a radio appearance, said a number of inflammatory comments about the Who’s The Boss star’s weight after rubbing elbows with her at a Las Vagas NASCAR show.
Mohr had said, “It seems like she had a baby and said, ‘I don’t really give a s**t — I red it on her gut,” later adding that “somebody sat in the director’s chair and was not wearing Spanx and I was like, ‘Jesus Christ.’”
When asked about the slight, Alyssa, 41,— who later tweeted at Mohr about “fat-shaming” her — told Extra host Mario Lopez.
“He made a comment that was not so nice about my weight and I called him out on Twitter about it.”
