AGING CHER BIG $$$ MAKEOVER

Cher is shelling out $145,000 to save her face!
At 63, the Hollywood icon is splurging on a makeover to look decades younger when she stars opposite Christina Aguilera, 29, in new movie Burlesque, sources say.
During the film's 10-week shooting schedule, Cher is spending up to $5,000 a week - or $50,000 - on facials and other skin treatments, said an insider.
That five-figure tab includes twice-weekly appointments with facialist-to-the-stars Gabriela Perez, a Beverly Hills aesthetician whose facials cost up to $1,800!
Cher's personal Fountain of Youth incorporates the latest in cutting-edge facial treatments, including LED light therapy, micro-current and oxygen infusion techniques, according to experts.
"The LED treatments use a pulse light to treat dark pigmentation and improve the appearance of small blood vessels in the skin," said Marilyn Martinis, a clinical aesthetician at the Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery.
"The micro-current treatments stimulate facial muscles and temporarily tighten the face by using a galvanized current."
Cher also appears to be plumping her skin with O2 Intraceutical facials, an oxygen-infusing technique, added Martinis, who has not treated her.
The Oscar-winner is also forking out $2,500 a week - or $25,000 during filming - for her makeup crew and cosmetics, said the source.
Cher also spends $25,000 to keep her yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, personal trainer and nutritionist on call, said the source.
Hairstyling costs her $10,000 during filming, and "she'll drop another $10,000 to $15,000 on wigs," added the source.
"Cher also has a spiritual adviser, homeopath and naturopath on standby to keep her mentally and physically centered.
"Cher calls them her 'wellness crew' - and they set her back another $20,000 over the course of a movie shoot."
