ROSIE O’DONNELL is living every adoptive parent’s worst nightmare – after the bombshell revelation that a 37-year-old woman had come forward, via The National ENQUIRER, to sensationally claim the ex-talk show host “stole” her child.
Now, in a twist to the saga that made news around the nation, Deanna Micoley has penned an open letter during which she has blasted the showbiz juggernaut over what she alleged that the adoption of her 17-year-old daughter, Chelsea, was when she was high on drugs.
“I went seventeen years without my daughter,” she wrote.
“The hurt I have I can’t express it enough, what you and your so-called agency has done to me and my family! You did the worst thing a woman could do to another woman,” she added, insisting, “The only thing that gives me comfort is God willing Kayla [Chelsea’s adopted name] will be eighteen and my doors are always open to her. I love Chelsea (Kayla) unconditionally.”
Speaking exclusively to The ENQUIRER, Deanna said she penned the missive to the one-time daytime diva because she wanted “the world to know how I feel about how the illegal adoption process that I believe that Rosie was involved in.”
Tragically for Deanna, she said her daughter has not communicated with her since this story became public.
“I’m sure Rosie has told her to cut me off,” she said.
A spokesperson for Rosie lambasted the woman for stepping from the shadows, declaring: “It is awful that this woman decided to go public.”
