Adam Levine is famous as a judge on NBC’s “The Voice” and as the lead singer of Maroon 5 — but the 36-year-old sex god has even more accomplishments! He knows how to smell good, can induce instant tears, and once survived getting his arm chopped off! Here are 10 more things you don’t know about the hunk who married Victoria’s Secret hottie Behati Prinsloo in 2014…

Adam started playing the guitar at age 10, and learned the drums from listening to Mötley Crüe’s “Dr. Feelgood.”

He met Maroon 5 band mates Jesse Carmichael, Ryan Dusick and Mickey Madden at the Brentwood School in L.A.—where they first formed a band called Kara’s Flowers.

He was a writer’s assistant on the CBS show “Judging Amy.”

He’s a workaholic: “I used to be very lazy,” he says. “Today I live a very healthy and disciplined life.”

Adam’s the pitchman for the acne treatment Proactiv and stars in the company’s infomercials.

He’s so into yoga he tours with a personal studio. “At any Maroon 5 concert, you’ll see a room backstage marked ‘Yoga,’” he said.

Adam got brutally murdered and lost a limb in an episode of “American Horror Story: Asylum.”

He has a clothing line — the Adam Levine Collection — and his own cologne: “It’s very basic and very classic, the anti-celebrity fragrance.”

If he needs a good cry he watches “E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial.”

The heavily-inked star has one tattoo he regrets: a Russian symbol on his right shoulder that looks like a “cauliflower with a sun in the middle of it.”
