A year ago -- in our Feb. 22, 2000 issue -- we blew the lid off Gumbel's affairs with countless stunners -- mostly blondes -- during his 27 years of marriage. We also told you back then how his wife June had branded him a "serial adulterer."

The rest of the media caught up with us in late January 2001, when they reported that Gumbel agreed in court to admit he'd cheated on June. Newspapers also "revealed," as we told you months earlier, that his philandering went on "from Day 1" of the marriage.
