LARA LOGAN MENTAL CRISIS

description

TV foreign news correspondent LARA LOGAN is ignoring desperate pleas from her friends that she quit the dangerous frontline reporting that left her hospitalized after a brutal sexual attack by a Cairo mob, The ENQUIRER has learned.

"There’s no way even this horror is going to slow her down," a colleague told The ENQUIRER.

And Janet Leissner, Lara’s former boss at CBS News, declared: "She’s tough as nails and a very tenacious woman, and I have no doubt she will be thinking about coming back."

But top medical experts, consulted by The ENQUIRER, agree the gutsy blonde beauty could be facing a crippling mental crisis if she returns to hellish war zones like the ones where her fearless reporting made her famous.

"She’s insisting on burying her feelings by going right back to work – which is putting her in danger once again," Dr. Jamie Turndorf, an internationally known therapist who has not treated Logan, told The ENQUIRER.

"She’s setting herself up for a breakdown… a physical, emotional or mental collapse."
