According to the obscure object of Mad Mel’s hate, Oksana Grigorevia told RadarOnline.com "He is not paying me a penny. I am having to live on credit cards ."
Evidently Mel feels justified because he got a "do-not-pass go" legal doc signed with the mother of his 8 month year old daughter Lucia.

It’s a cohabitation agreement that’s now locked her out of securing any slice of the Oscar winning director/actor’s billion-dollar fortune.
The contract, which Oksana signed while she was pregnant last year, prevents her from laying any future claim to Gibson’s extensive business empire or vast assets.
However, it does include a provisio favoring the Russkie bombshell for Mel to financially care for their daughter as they share joint custody.
Despite the agreement, the 55-year-old Braveheart star has not met his financial obligations nor paid a cent in child support, sources say.

The Mad Mel starrer Edge of Darkness grossed $81 million worldwide earlier this year, while his Mayan-themed Apocalypto grossed $121 million worldwide, opening a mere five months after his 2006 arrest where he drunkenly spewed anti-semitic slurs to cops.
