Sonny & Cher spawn Chaz Bono's decision to trans-gender was the buzz of the Gay Pride Parade in Los Angeles, California Sunday.

Parade Grand Marshall funny lady Chelsea Handler, San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom and spoke to RadarOnline.com in an exclusive video interview about the former Chastity Bono's decision to become Chaz Bono via sex change op.

Mayor Newsom, who hails from SF the home of first openly gay Mayor Harvey Milk, is a longtime champion of gay rights and called Chaz "remarkable". 

"It's all about being yourself and about having the courage to be yourself and the courage to stand up and be counted."
