Kelly Rutherford takes time out from divorce war to give birth.

The Gossip Girl star gave birth to her second child following months of bitter legal wrangling with father Daniel Giersch.

Kelly welcomed a baby girl on Monday night at a Los Angeles hospital.

The pair filed for divorce last year and have been embroiled in a very vocal and heated custody battle over their two year old son Hermes.

In May, Rutherford accused her ex of putting the child in danger by not covering the swimming pool at his home.

That is - after finally admitting to hiring a private dick to spy and shoot video at Giersch's home.
