Rihanna confirmed as appearing in court to testify against Chris Brown!

Riri's attorney Donald Etra revealed that prosecutors in the assault case have issued a subpoena for the Barbados beauty to testify during a prelim hearing in LA on June 22.

Etra said Rihanna will comply with the order to appear in court.

Meanwhile a judge today rejected a motion by Brown's barristers to receive police and investigative files regarding the case.

At issue is a photo of battered Rihanna that was leaked on the internet.

The judge told Brown's attorney Mark Geragos that the motion was premature  and he could file again aftyer the prelim hearing which will determine if there is enough evidence to try Brown in the accused beatdown of ex-GF Rihanna.

Brown hasn't shown his face in court since April after entering a plea of not guilty as he has been too busy hanging with his celeb homeboys and cutting YouTube vids.
