Chris Brown's lawyer files papers alleging LAPD leaked beaten & bruised pix of Rihanna to the internet!

In a dramatic new development RADARonline reports that Brown's high powered attorney Mark Geragos has made startling claims in the alleged battery case.

In a motion filed late Wednesday by Geragos in the Los Angeles Superior Court  he wants access to internal LAPD records.
