Mother of his kids drops bomb on CSI David!

Lisa Marquez filed papers today in LA Superior Court claiming she met David on the set of CS Miami in 2004. 
Lisa claims Caruso said he loved her and  never'd let her go (just like song lyrics!).

Caruso and Marquez began living together and according to the suit she claims the cop star would provide for her. 

They had two kids together and after the birth of the second child, Caruso dumped her, according to the suit.

Liza is suing for fraud, breach of settlement and emotional duress.
