Spidey thesp Kirsten’s assistant collars alleged stalker.       

Kirsten Dunst’s personal assistant performed a citizen’s arrest on a man who evaded security and showed up at the blonde beauty’s Hollywood home. The Spider-Man star was not home when the arrest occurred.

Dunst received a restraining order against the alleged stalker Christopher Smith, 20, who has been discovered lurking around the Dunst hacienda several times.

Kirsten wrote she is “quite frightened” of Smith who she has yet to meet face-to-face.

Smith is due later in court this month on charges of trespassing. 

It is more than likely that Dunst’s order of protection will be extended in later December.
