Britney Spears to remain under control of dada indefinitely.

The conservatorship which had been set to expire at the end of the year allows those super geniuses controlling Brit's affairs - including her dad Jamie Spears and several lawyers to remain permanently in control.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz granted the permanent conservatorship because Britney has repeatedly shown she is easily "susceptible to undue influence."

A court appointed lawyer then explained the legalities to the peroxide enhanced pop tart who agreed not to oppose.
