Former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert is battling her abusive BF in a L.A. Court.

Nicole testified her brutal boy friend DJ Lethal abused her by burning her with lit cigarettes,
according to court papers obtained by TMZ,

Lethal, a former member of both House of Pain and Limp Bizkit (how apropos) had a major brawl last year with Nicole  before the couple vacationed in Cancun.

While in Mexico, Nicole also alleged Lethal burned her repeatedly with lit cigs before whipping a drum machine at her.

Unfortunately, as the domestic abuse trial enters its third day, Lethal can't be prosecuted for alleged crimes south of the border - only what happened stateside.
