UK prosecutors say Christian "Batman" Bale will not face charges relating to the alleged assailant on his mum and sis July 21.

The Crown Prosecution Service said there is insufficient evidence to enable a "realistic prospect of conviction" and has ordered the metropolitan police not to take any further action in the matter.

UK tabs had reported Bale's family had reported that the American Psycho star assaulted them the day prior to the Euro preem of The Dark Knight (pictured).
 
Bale was questioned briefly and denied all allegations.
