Original Nutty Professor funster Jerry Lewis was busted in Vegas by cops.

He was trying to board a Northwest Airlines flight to Motown when an unloaded gun was found in his carry on bag.
 
The 82 year old film icon of wackiness claimed he forgot the gun was in there.

Reportedly, he also claimed it was a prop gun.

Cops confiscated the .22 caliber Beretta and ticketed Jer for carrying a concealed weapon sans permit.

Jerry was then allowed to take his flight.
