Mindy McCready who was the epicenter of The Roger Clemens Cheating Affair a few months back has had another brush with the law.

Tennessee authorities charge the 32 year-old country singer and alleged Lolita lover of steroidal denying baseballer Clemens of falsifying community service records.

Charlotte Spencer of the Williamson County Sheriff’s office stated McCready turned herself in Monday, posted the $5K bail and was then released within hours. 

McCready is already on probation for a 2004 prescription drug fraud sentence.

Her attorney, Lee Ofman, didn't offer comment on the latest McCready debacle.

Once upon a time, way back in 1996, McCready had a number one C&W hit "Guys Do It All the Time."

So do gals, evidently.
