Oprah Winfrey has topped the Forbes' annual Celebrity 100 Power List, a list that ranks the rich and famous based on earnings and media coverage. Ranking in second place is golfer Tiger Woods and Madonna took the top spot.

The Rolling Stones and Brad Pitt rounded out the Top 5. Johnny Depp, Elton John, Tom Cruise, Jay-Z and Steven Spielberg followed.

Other notable mentions: George Clooney, new to the Celebrity 100 came in at No. 40, the cast of ABC's Grey's Anatomy at No. 12 and Justin Timberlake at No. 34.
