NEVERLAND NEVERMORE

Cash-strapped
Jacko dealing
with TV show
to sell ranch
Michael Jackson's
career is in ruins - and
so is his world-famous
Neverland Ranch, as these
startling photos show.
The 2,700-acre sprawling
estate, once perfectly
maintained, has gone from
magical fantasyland to
ghost town since the singer
deserted the California
property in July 2005.
Desperate for cash,
Jackson is hoping to sell the
ranch - with its abandoned
zoo and amusement park -
by featuring it on a cable
television show, The
ENQUIRER has learned.
The embattled star, who
left the country after being
cleared of child molestation
charges, wants to unload the
property for $50 million and
is negotiating with the Bravo
network to sell it on their
reality show, "Million Dollar
Listing: Hollywood."
"Michael needs cash -
and fast," a source told
The ENQUIRER. "By making
the show the exclusive
agent for the Neverland sale,
he can get some up-front
money real quick.
"The show will have
exclusive access to
Neverland and can do
numerous segments about
selling one of the most
famous residences in the
world.
"Michael is in a bad way.
He is running out of funds
and appears distraught.
He showed up at a meeting
last week with his pants
inside out! He's a mess."
