Online dating has never been more dangerous.

Actor Charlie Sheen has turned to Internet dating to help him over his bitter divorce from Denise Richards.

The Two And a Half Men star has reportedly pretended to be a talent agent on a lonely hearts site called MillionaireMatch.com.

While his estranged wife Denise dates Richie Sambora, Sheen has managed to go on several dates with a woman he met through the Internet service.

A source told a reporter: "He says he's a talent agent. He's done this with multiple people. He's caught a few flies in his web posing as a talent scout."

Sheen's spokesman Stan Rosenfeld told The ENQUIRER that it is difficult for a celebrity of Sheen's stature to meet women to date.

"Charlie is a single guy and if he chooses to use an online dating agency, what is the harm in that?" asked Rosenfeld.

"As a famous man, Charlie could not simply go into a singles bar and meet a woman. His options are limited."
