Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes touched down in Australia — and showed the world they're still very much together. Heavily pregnant Katie made a last-minute decision to join Tom at the Sydney Opera House for a memorial service for Kerry Packer, the late billionaire media mogul.

Wearing black, they waved cheerfully at spectators. After the service, they hugged and held hands as they toured Sydney Harbor with Packer's son James. The public display of affection came days after a U.S. magazine falsely reported that Tom, 43, and Katie, 27, had parted ways and were putting up a front until the birth of their first child.

A source said: "Tom and Katie have never been more in love. They can't wait for the arrival of the new baby and are continuing to make plans for their wedding after the birth."
