Rapper 50 Cent a.k.a. Curtis Jackson is heading to court to duke it out with ex- Shaniqua Tompkins, mother of his son Marquise.
Tompkins has been claiming "Fitty" is responsible for the suspicious fire that destroyed her Long Island mansion – which is, in fact, owned by the rapper.
Tomkins reportedly accused, "He tried to kill me and his own child. "I know this came from 50 Cent."
While Dix Hills arson investigators probe the blaze, the rapper’s legal team has unleashed their defamation briefcases and writing writs to prep for court
"There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods," Brett Kimmel, 50’s legal ace, revealed to The New York Daily News.
Since 50 is off filming Microwave Park with Val Kilmer and Sharon Stone in Louisiana, lawyer Kimmel will attend the court hearing solo.
