"30 Rock" Funnyman TRACY MORGAN collapses, rushed to ER in snowy climes of Sundance Film festival in Utah.
Morgan was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards when he collapsed not long after making his acceptance speech, The NY Daily News reported.
An ambulance picked up Morgan, rushing him to Park City Medical Center.
Morgan's current condition remains unknown, but multiple reports said that the former "Saturday Night Live" regular appeared to be heavily intoxicated.
One source told The Hollywood Reporter that Tracy had trouble coping with elevating the stairs to get to the chic-chic dinner.
Morgan's rep released a statement denying the boozy reports. “Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100% false," he said.
Morgan, 43, suffers from diabetes and underwent a kidney transplant in 2010.
He is at Sundance promo-ing new flick "Predisposed."
