Moore claims he wanted to show off his acting chops rather than keep tongue firmly planted in cheek as Bond.
"I would have loved to have been a villain – they had wonderful speeches like, ‘The end of the world is about to come’," Sir Roger explained. "Bond just listens but doesn’t really get to say anything."
