CASEY ANTHONY SUPPRESSED

description

The defense in the pretrial of accused murder mom CASEY ANTHONY doesn’t want the jury to hear or read about how Casey reacted to news reports her missing child Caylee‘s remains had been found.

In Orlando, just prior to New Year’s, Anthony’s lawyers filed paperwork requesting that any such evidence be suppressed when the sensational murder trial begins in May.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously, meter reader Roy Kronk discovered the remains of a small child on Dec. 11, 2008 but the M.E. didn’t positively ID the corpse as that of Caylee Anthony until 8 days later.

At the time of the news release that Caylee had been positively ID-ed, Casey was in the Orange County Jail after being indicted earlier in October in connection with the child’s disappearance.

Defense counsel contends that authorities video-taped the accused when she reacted to the bombshell developments unfolding on TV throughout the day.

Police Lt. Tammi Unser  has said in a previous deposition that she had taken Anthony to the female medical area to watch the events unfold on TV.

Unser wrote that Anthony looked at the TV and immediately slumped back into  the chair, doubled over and began hyperventilating.

Upon hearing the locations of the remains, Unser said Anthony lifted her head up with  eyes shut, muttering, "Oh no."
