CASEY ANTHONY COURT APPEARANCE DRAWS GASPS

description

Accused murder mom CASEY ANTHONY appeared in court in a bright orange shirt as critics slammed her lack of sartorial style.

Anthony attended a pretrial hearing attired in street clothes not prison wear, fashion crits bemoaned. Her choice of an orange top made her appear "Halloween-y", crits charged,  as Anthony appeared accompanied by her lawyer, Jose Baez.

At the hearing, Anthony’s defense team was requested by prosecution before presiding Judge Belvin Perry to turn all over information about the defense’s expert witnesses, including written contracts, communications paper and electronic and travel, meals and entertainment expenses.

Orlando prosecutors said they need the records to adequately question witnesses in upcoming depositions.

Judge Perry denied all of the requests, WKMG reported, saying prosecutors could obtain the information by either asking the witnesses or obtaining a subpoena.

However, the judge approved, the state’s request for the defense expert witnesses to turn over notes, photos and videos generated during their work.

Anthony’s lead attorney, Jose Baez, agreed to provide the information to the state by the end of the week.

Today is the court-mandated deadline for the defense team to turn over its final list of expert witnesses it may call at trial.

Judge Perry approved, however, the state’s request for the defense expert witnesses to turn over notes, photos and videos generated during their work. Anthony’s lead attorney, Jose Baez, agreed to provide the information to the state by the end of the week.

Caylee was  reported missing in July 08.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty to the murder charges and her blockbuster trial is docketed to begin in May, 2011.
