Yes, BRITNEY'S coming back to TV! "How I Met Your Mother" star JASON SEGEL was holding court on the garden patio on a cold night (so cold he had waiters bring over extra heaters) at the Chateau Marmont on March 31. We overheard Jason - now starring in the film "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" - telling pals that plans were already in the works for Britney to return to the CBS series as a lovelorn receptionist after her recent ratings-boosting guest gig.
