Britney Spears rushed to a Los Angeles area hospital. 

RadarOnline.com reports Britney was spotted being driven by her bodyguard as she sat in the passenger seat. 

Two other cars followed the pop mom's speeding vehicle.

Unconfirmed reports say one of Britney's children, Jayden or Sean, is being treated in the emergency room.

Sources say both children have now been seen in the Children's  ER waiting room.

Spears rep later told Radar the pop tart was just in for her annual physical. Big woop.
