Britney Spears was quietly discharged from the psych ward at UCLA Medical Center, according to the Los Angeles Times.

She was reportedly escorted by a private security team and might be heading to one of her homes before seeking additional treatment.

Britney was spotted driving out of her gated community home driving her brand new black Mercedes and then heading to the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Britney could no longer be held at UCLA since doctors determined she did not pose a legal danger to herself or to others, TMZ reports.
