Britney Spears called in sick for her court-ordered deposition Wednesday morning in relation to her custody battle over sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. "I was told of a general [medical] condition, and [Spears] felt she couldn't attend," Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said outside his office in Los Angeles. Kalplan said he would be seeking action from the court to deal with Brit's absence and that the deposition was rescheduled but the date would not be revealed.
