Bubba want back – as in ex-prez BILL CLINTON thinks the Constitution should be changed so he could run for President again!

Making an app on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Big Bill said that presidents should be able to run for a third term – as long as they take some time off after eight years in office.

Host Joe Scarborough said he wished, as do many Democrats, that Clinton could run again.

Clinton agreed, but said that he didn't think it would be practical.

"I think as a practical matter, you couldn't apply to anyone who has already served.

"But if going forward, I personally believe that should be the rule," he said.

It is technically possible to change term limits as the 2-term rule was ratified in 1951 as the 22nd Amendment – after Franklin Roosevelt guided the country through the Great Depression and WW2 AND four terms.

Bill, naturally, is out promo-ing new book “Back to Work: Why We Need Smart Government for a Strong Economy.”
