Barry Manilow is refusing to perform on The View because of co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck's politics! Manilow has pulled out of his scheduled appearance on The View for Sept. 18 because he so strongly disagrees with Hasslebeck's ultra-conservative thoughts!

"I strongly disagree with her views," Manilow told TMZ in a statement. "I think she's dangerous and offensive. I will not be on the same stage as her."

Manilow is currently on a press tour promoting the release of his new album, Greatest Songs of the Seventies.
