Despite his decrepitude, needle marks and decaying plastic surgery the official autopsy report says Michael Jackson was HEALTHY?!

According to Associated Press, the La County Coroner's office's autopsy report  says that Jackson was a fairly healthy 50 year old before dying from an overdose of the surgical room narcotic Propofol and two other sedatives to get the chronic insomnia asleep.

The report says Jacko's heart was in good shape with no signs of plague buildup and his kidneys and organs were normal.

Health issues were relatively minor including arthritis except for his lungs which were chronically inflamed and may have left him short of breath.

The new report gives some credence to allegations that the King of Pop was murdered.

Number one suspect remains Jacko Death Doc Dr. Conrad Murray who may be culpable on manslaughter charges for administering the powerful sleep aid.

Other than Propofol and the sedatives, the only substances found were the local anesthetic, Lidocaine, used to numb injection sites, and Ephedrine, a commonly used resuscitation stimulant.
