MAJOR WITNESS IN ANNA NICOLE DRUG TRIAL OD'S HIMSELF
A key witness in the upcoming drug trial of Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer/manager and two California doctors is addicted to prescription drugs and has overdosed twice, The ENQUIRER has learned.
In a blockbuster exclusive interview, Anna Nicole’s former personal assistant claims the stress of testifying about the late actress’ drug use has fueled his addiction and made him suicidal.
Nathan Collins, a former male model, worked for the late Playboy Playmate for about a year and says he gave a 3 1/2-hour deposition to investigators from the California Attorney General’s office in March.
Collins says he’ll be a major witness in the case against Anna Nicole’s former lawyer-manager Howard K. Stern and two physicians, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.
“I went through major depression and used a 30-day supply of Xanax in 10 days. I felt suicidal and would stay in bed all day, taking drugs to drown my memories of Anna. I still can’t sleep, and I have anxiety attacks.”
