A judge declared Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn the sole heir to her estate.

TMZ reports the decision was made on March 4. Smith's will was written long before the child's birth, so former attorney and companion Howard K. Stern wanted a legal judgment on the matter.

But he wasn't left out of the deal! Along with Dannielynn's father Larry Birkhead, Stern will share responsibilities as co-trustee of a trust in Dannielynn's name. Eventually, that trust could be worth up to $500 million, if the fortune of Anna Nicole's late husband, J. Howard Marshall, is cleared in court.
