SPOILED SISTERS ACTING OUT

Disney Channel teen hotties ALY & AJ are hot contenders for the "BRITNEY SPEARS Spoiled Blonde Brat Award," says My Spy - who watched the duo stage a nasty screaming match during Aly's 19th birthday party at Santa Monica's Viceroy. "Both girls were rude and acting like spoiled little monsters," said the source. "And they weren't just arguing with each other, either - their mom, and especially their father, got the worst of it. At one point, their dad told everyone to settle down, but that only worked for a few minutes. Aly began yelling at AJ again about something, and the dad had to break it up again. But when the birthday cake came, Aly got pissed all over again and stormed off!"
