While JOEL MADDEN is away on tour in Europe, NICOLE RICHIE dined with longtime buddy Carlos Lopez on the garden patio of the Chateau on March 28 — with no baby in sight. Although she was overheard saying how great it was to get out of the house and unwind, she split by 10 p.m. because she said she “missed little Harlow.”
